I am a coach, through and through.

After winning a Division I National Championship with Cal Berkeley in March 2023, I announced my retirement from collegiate swimming.

My illustrious career spanned 15 years with outstanding institutions like Duke, Dartmouth, and Minnesota. I am a former U.S. National Team Coach, and was lucky to coach exceptional Olympians, National Champions, and 96 All-Americans who were some of the most impressive, well-rounded humans I’ve ever met.

With my expertise and certifications, I expanded my practice beyond coaching swimmers. Now I guide aspiring student-athletes and their families through the NCAA recruiting process. I also train individuals and corporations as a certified professional coach.
