I partner with ambitious professionals to improve and manage their work and personal lives. Whether you’re aiming for a promotion or learning to effectively lead a team, we can devise a plan of action together.

During my athletic career, I found a passion for helping my student-athletes in facets of their lives beyond swimming. This inspired me to work with high-performing individuals from all industries.

My 1-on-1 coaching packages are based around a weekly 60-minute session where we strategize around your existing challenges and execute our planned solutions.

Concurrently, you will also receive six weeks of training with the Positive Intelligence Operating System. This program helps us develop language and perspective on what sabotages us professionally (and personally, as they’re often connected). We’ll gain insight into how to boost your overall performance and mental fitness.


My certification is from the International Coach Academy (ICA).

My coaching packages start at 12 weeks in order to ensure enough time to make real progress on behavioral changes and see results.

Quick changes can happen when you are highly incentivized, and 12 weeks can be enough time for results. Suitable for those seeking promotions at work, managing teams, or even navigating a performance improvement plan (PIP).

60-min Sessions

Sustained change takes time, and this 24-week package* is for those committed to larger transformations. Great for multiple behavior changes, such as gradual health changes or major life events.

*Client chooses 2 weeks off (e.g. holiday, illness)
